No Worries

Part of the glue that keeps Marc and me so close is our love for our families. My extended family (grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, etc.) is fairly larger than Marcs, but Marc has embraced them as his own, which makes me VERY happy.
Coming from a large family gave me the opportunity to become a professional babysitter from the age of 11 years old. Yes, 11 years old. I’ve watched 6 of my cousins grow up (and still growing up): Laura, Bradley, Sarah, Kasey, Megan and Kelsey. I miss them all so much!
I absolutely love kids. I always have. I love them so much that it took me awhile to accept growing up myself. (I’m still trying to accepting it. I told someone the other day that I was 24 years old without hesitation. I’m 26.)
I get asked on a weekly basis, “When are you going to have kids?”
The answer: I don’t know. I really don’t. Marc and I don’t really have a grand plan. We kind of stopped planning when we realized there wasn’t a point. All of our plans blow up in flames as soon as our hearts are set on them.
Until the day that our baby plan is unveiled by God, I have two pride and joys (besides my cousins): Broc and Brylee (nephew and niece). Marc and I think or talk about them often and when we get to talk to them on the phone or see them in person it literally takes all of our cares and worries away.
Take a look at this video and photos and you can see why these two angels make us smile just by looking at a picture, reading a story about them on Facebook or talking to them on the phone.
